🌸 Sleutelbeheer & Woningzorg – Luxe Pakket
Bent u niet het hele jaar in Spanje? Dan is het een geruststellende gedachte dat uw woning in vertrouwde handen is. Met het Luxe Pakket van Soy Soy zorgen wij voor toezicht en zorg voor uw woning. Sleutelbeheer bieden wij uitsluitend aan in combinatie met onze schoonmaakdiensten, zodat kwaliteit en veiligheid altijd gewaarborgd zijn.
Wij controleren uw woning regelmatig, letten op de algemene staat, vochtvorming en nutsvoorzieningen en zorgen voor voldoende ventilatie. Ook houden wij uw post in de gaten en nemen wij direct contact met u op bij belangrijke zaken.
Tijdens verhuur kunnen wij de sleuteloverdracht voor uw gasten verzorgen. Daarnaast kunnen wij in overleg aanwezig zijn bij leveranciers, onderhoudsbedrijven of reparateurs.
✔ Wat is inbegrepen?
- Sleutelbeheer (in combinatie met schoonmaak)
- Maandelijkse woninginspectie
- Controle water, stroom en gas
- Ventileren van de woning
- Doorspoelen van kranen en toiletten
- Postbeheer en signalering van belangrijke post
- Controle van verlichting, sloten en rolluiken
- 10 check-ins/check-outs per jaar inbegrepen
💶 Extra kosten
Extra check-ins/check-outs boven de inbegrepen 10: €15,- per keer
Aanwezig zijn bij leveringen, monteurs of reparateurs: €25,- per bezoek + €25,- per uur
Extra of spoedbezoeken buiten reguliere tijden:
Tussen 20:00 – 00:00 uur en 06:00 – 08:00 uur: €50,- per bezoek
Tussen 00:00 – 06:00 uur: €75,- per bezoek

🌸 Key Holding & Property Care – Luxury Package
If you do not stay in Spain all year round, it is reassuring to know that your property is in safe and trusted hands. With the Soy Soy Luxury Package, we provide professional care and supervision of your home. Key holding is offered exclusively in combination with our cleaning services, ensuring quality, safety and continuity at all times.
We carry out regular inspections of your property, checking its general condition, moisture levels and utility supplies, and ensuring proper ventilation. We also monitor your mailbox and contact you immediately if anything important arises.
During rental periods, we can take care of key handovers for your guests. If required, we can also be present for deliveries, maintenance companies or repair services, always in consultation with you.
